I have never had such bad service in all of my life. I wasn’t that the repairs weren’t done right. The communication was horrible. I called and and text 11 times and talked to 4 different people and not I wasn’t that the repairs weren’t done right. The communication was horrible. I called and and text 11 times and talked to 4 different people and not one person could tell me anything. I scheduled an appointment at 8 am and did not get a response until almost 5pm. I talk to the service advisor and he said he got none of my messages. He said they were super busy and short handed. I understand that but it would of taken 1 min to text and say that . I am in customer service job and there is no such thing as over communication when it comes to customers. I will no longer purchase anything or have service again with your company. My daughter had to call into work that day since that was her car and miss a day of pay. I hope you team can figure out away , no matter how busy you may be to communicate better with your customers.
