It was extremely difficult to get a call back. Also, the salesman was not well versed in the features and options of the vehicle we were interested in. We had the pleasure of working with Gary while shopping for a new car. There wasn’t much on the lot available but he made sure to go over all of the inventory and trim packages that they were expecting to for a new car. We found the perfect 2023 Kia Sportage and never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Gary even made sure we were well supplied with snacks while we waited on the financials to get pulled together. We would highly recommend Gary and Oakes Kia! More
