So many mistakes made car I wanted supposed to come in on 5/2 only to find out wrong interior color, next car was supposed to be $ 1000 higher however price charging was 4000 over sticker price. I brought my 2023 Seltos in for the first oil change, and I also had a concern about a check engine light that came on and later went off. Jarrod checked me in and gave me a tour of the service center waitin I also had a concern about a check engine light that came on and later went off. Jarrod checked me in and gave me a tour of the service center waiting area and let me know that they would check for any stored codes. My vehicle was ready in about an hour. Jarrod went over everything that they did and said that there were no stored codes and everything checked out ok. He was very pleasant and did not try to mansplain things to me, which can be rare when you are a single woman dealing with car stuff. The one negative I have isn't related to Jarrod or my service appointment, but more at the lack of ability to contact anyone at the dealership to ask questions. When I had a check engine light come on in my brand new vehicle, that's a bit concerning. I pulled the active code myself and it was a cylinder 2 misfire. I wanted to call and ask if I should bring it in asap or if it could wait a few days. I called the main number and was routed to the service center. The only option it would give me was to be texted a link to make an appointment or to leave a message. I left a message but no one ever called me back, who knows where my message went. I understand it's a busy dealership and service center, but it would be nice to be able to get a call back for something that could be minor or something serious. More
