Family owned and operated, Oakes Auto started in 2010 as an independent car dealership in the Kansas City area. In December 2018 we added Oakes Kia. I have to give a huge thank you to Ambre Marie of Oakes Ford for the absolute stellar experience of my recent purchase. After the worst hassel and finance runaround from a group of xxxxShow dealers in TX last week I reached out to Oakes team in Kansas, and had a return contact within minutes. They had the truck I was looking for and at a fair price, but again they were also a good distance away. And after getting the runaround from TX I had zero time for games and thin patience. Ambre listened and delivered big with no complications and no trying to oversell me with back-of-the-house finance gimmicks. Not only did she get me out the door where I wanted to be, she sent a driver team to bring me 2 hrs from my rental drop off to the dealership after hours. When I arrived the truck was ready and I was not rushed in viewing and driving to ensure it was to my liking. Ambre is my 1st call from here forward and the foreseeable future.
