2020 RAV4: This is the second time within a year my new suv/car could not be started and the battery needed to be slow charged by me to start the car. After I was able to start the engine from there on th suv/car could not be started and the battery needed to be slow charged by me to start the car. After I was able to start the engine from there on the remote starter did not work both the times identically. I was told bot times that a firmware was needed to be updated for the remote to work properly. I am not convinced that this was the issue and I am skeptical that this problem will repeat. It took 2 hours for the vehicle to be repaired; the wait tine was over 2 hours. More
