My right passenger wheel suffered a "disconnected" wheel cover; I brought it in to be replaced. Brian had it looked at, and said that a replacement is not needed (unnecessary and expensive) (yay!). However, he found the brake line had been slightly damaged when the cover came off. A new brake line was $730 (ouch!). The new brake line was installed quickly. I looked at the damaged brake line. As a civilian, I wonder if it really needed to be replaced... Well, better safe than sorry, I suppose- even at $730. Overall, nice job. More

Brought my brand new 2022 Avalon in for a connected services delay/issue. Brian and the service team are always very helpful/knowledgeable. The parts dept personnel and the advisor who had helped me when I walked in on June 8 without an appointment were great. When I returned to get the EVAP system updated (June 15) Alap helped me through the me when I walked in on June 8 without an appointment were great. I had a different advisor last November and was given a quote that was corrected by handwriting and asking way more (around $1000) than what I ended up actually paying for the EVAP system update, so that was quite confusing.
