Was on time for my oil change and waited WAY too long. Also, I got this change because I was called by someone at Toyota who said I was due for one. But I have synthetic oil which is good for 10000 miles. Also, I got this change because I was called by someone at Toyota who said I was due for one. Yet when I got in the car there was a sticker on the windshield saying I should get another one at a mileage that was 5000 from my current mileage. This just strikes me as too tricky on their part. I've bought about 7 or 8 cars from them and they have always been great. But things seem to have changed. More

This is the first time over many years that I have been disappointed with the service department. I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30, 6 mo. checkup. I waited patiently for about an hour and 10 minutes, which was disappointed with the service department. I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30, 6 mo. checkup. I waited patiently for about an hour and 10 minutes, which was fine. I was then told that I needed to replace the rear brake pads. I asked how long it would take and was told 46 - 60 minutes. Two hours later, having not heard anything, I went to see what was going on. By the time I paid it was almost 1 PM! My time is valuable, too. I have always had very good service at this dealership, so 3 stars are for this one experience, and over all, yes, I would still recommend this service center. I also think it would be very helpful if the service coordinators wore name tags, so a person can remember who they are dealing with. More
