When I bought my car they offered me the remote starter and I accepted. I brought my car back to replace battery as I was having issues, have to jump start, brought it back to check they couldn’t find the and I accepted. I even left the car for the whole day two times, the only solution they gave to me was to remove the remote starter. They were the ones who installed it at purchase yet didn’t want to fix it. They chose not to replace it, fix the problem, or give a fair solution. They just replace a new battery, maybe they think as a hispanic and women I just can’t let it go! I’m so sorry and regret I bought my car there and so disappointed at service! I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. They have no respect towards me and will not resolve any issue I endured because of their terrible service and unwillingness to solve a problem!!!! More

I had an appointment first thing in the morning, yet I still ended up waiting 4 full hours just to get my tires replaced. I understand that COVID has made car service challenging, and I certainly empathiz still ended up waiting 4 full hours just to get my tires replaced. I understand that COVID has made car service challenging, and I certainly empathize with that, but I don't see the point of making an appointment to come in if the timeslot doesn't mean anything. I wish the service center would either limit the number of appointments that can be made according to the capacity of the service center to service cars or, at the very least, be more transparent about wait times. I was told to be patient, but I had no idea I would be spending half of my day waiting at a dealership for what I thought would be a fairly straightforward procedure. More

Mark Dwyer from the Service Dept was courteous and has spent his valuable time to walk me through the various maintenance options available. Of all the other dealerships i have visited for service, i have found this as the only place where i did not have a new issue with my vehicle once i left the place. More
