Service was horrible. I had an appointment at 12:30. They told me service will take 1 hr. After and 1hr and a half they had only done one of the two things they needed to I had an appointment at 12:30. They told me service will take 1 hr. So a total of 2hrs and 15 minutes and they only did tire rotation. More

When I went back a second time they tried to set me up with him again and I declined. I was then set up with Ed and when he presented the offer none of the add ons were on there. One thing this dealership and management need to learn is transparency is very important to the customer. Do the math yourself to ensure the numbers add up like they are supposed to. More
