you want to make dozens of phone calls over several months to finally get the title of the car you bought months ago this is the place for you. I went into this dealership mid June to buy her first c months to finally get the title of the car you bought months ago this is the place for you. I went into this dealership mid June to buy her first car. Everything went smoothly and we drove away with her used car we payed cash for. They told us it will be a couple of weeks before getting the title since the state is slow. In August there was still no title and my daughter called the dealership the first time. Answer: there was a delay, but it’s handled now and she should get the title soon. 3 weeks later, still no title and no paperwork sent to the state (you can call them and check). Dozens of more phone calls from my daughter. Eventually they told us there is a lien on the car but that should be cleared within the week. All throughout September, October, November my daughter called multiple times with empty promises to get a call back and get the lien taken care off. In December I took over the phone calls. I asked for the manager and eventually got a hold of him. He said he will look into it and call me back, he did and I got the same info my daughter had gotten, there is a lien on the car, they will work on it, should be done in a week. I wanted to proof of it the moment it’s cleared and he assured me it will be done. No such thing, it took several more phone calls with deflection, him being annoyed with me and saying it’s not a big deal. My daughter finally got the title last week 8 months after we purchased the car. More

The sales person wasn't up to par. I made a mistake by not walking out. More
This dealership sold me a used Tacoma that was already broken. They lied about what work had been done to the truck and refuse to take accountability. Do not buy from them. broken. They lied about what work had been done to the truck and refuse to take accountability. Do not buy from them. More
My deal was with Charles Barron, fyi, don’t work with him. They couldn’t find the car for 30 minutes, that should have been the first tale to walk away. Not only was the car over priced, the AC was bro him. They couldn’t find the car for 30 minutes, that should have been the first tale to walk away. Not only was the car over priced, the AC was broken at the dealership and they offered room temperature water, to cool off. While we settled I found out afte the fact they never properly cleaned off the clear film glue off the car, and when I brought it back to correct it, didn’t realize until the next day they not only missed the whole driver side but they scratched the car. To continue their great customer service, they wouldn’t honor the online price for an oil change, because it was a Corolla made in Japan the service advisor told me the car didn’t need an oil change even though I’m going in the mountains in 2 months on a trip they then charged a 3% fee for using a credit card, delightful don’t you think?!? You know after spending 32k on the car, they need the extra $2.4 because Toyota cares. The encore this morning, Charles messaged me at 7:50 in the morning, work me up from a dead sleep, to inform ma the mats, which Joseph, Charles and Bill had promised would not be included in the car, despite 3 conversations and the day of sale promising they would. Learn from my mistakes and stay away, you’ll save your time, energy, and money More
