Missing discount I presented a coupon when checked-in. However, the service manager did not give me the discount. I found this error after I paid with my credit card. I went back to the service department but the service manager who checked me in was on lunch. Instead, I spoke with Allen Sizemore about my missing discount. Allen found the ticket has been closed and could not do adjustment. He wrote a note for $15 credit in my account as a fix. Thank you, Allen. I hope this discount will still be acknowledged when I come back for the next service. More
