Love the car itself, but your service department is terrific. Every employee is very courteous and efficient. I especially appreciate that I'm always asked if I have any outstanding concerns about the car. Kevin helped me yesterday and was so nice making sure he had my contact information so that he could inform me when my car was ready. Not sure if the car wash was open, but might have been nice to get a wash. More

Sam was great (and very patient with us) and the staff was pleasant, helpful and competitive with their pricing and terms. The only concern we had was masks were not 100% compliant 100% of the time with the other staff on the floor. More

Mario was so wonderful!!I was going in for an oil change Mario was so wonderful!! I was going in for an oil change to get ready for a long road trip. Service seems to have slacked off a lot I bought my Matrix, Camry, Scion and Corolla all at Toyota in Westmont. (I know, Bob Rohrman seems to think "OakBrook is classier, but the dealership IS in Westmont.) I've returned because I've been satisfied. Yesterday's experience certainly didn't match up to my expectations. 1. I reported AT LEAST a week in advance about the recall so, as Toyota advised, the part could be available. It wasn't. 2. First check on this car; all was covered by warranty. However, I received no documentation os cllue as to what was done. Service could have just parked it outside while I sat in reception working crossword puzzles. 3. I asked in advance for some consideration about accommodating me to close the hatch. The "finger grooves: are about eight feet off the ground; I cannot reach them. I was told the service department would see what could be done. Nothing. I live in Niles. You are in Westmont. About 40 min drive each way. Today I get a call that Now you have the part and I should come back to install whatever the recall wants done. It could, and I think should, have been done yesterday because I provided adequate notice. Overall, a disappintment. More
