I honestly thought they tried to take advantage of me. I was only offered 11,000 for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 23,000 miles, that really pissed me off. If it wasn’t for Jim Robertson, l swear I would’ve taken my business to the Toyota dealership in Oak Park. Now don’t get me wrong I love my car, I just don’t think the business deal of it was fair I always had my guard up, and l didn’t trust the finance man. He tried to rip me off w/ the warranty. $3800/ ended up paying $1842 of which l may cancel. I did not have a pleasant experience, l’ve purchased 4 cars in the last 3 years. I didn’t feel at home here like Hyundai. ☹️ More

I have brought my car in countless times to have one issue fixed and it still is not done. I have made many trips from Minooka to westmont with a one year old and keep having to come back.
