Really solid overall experience. Sales management was good and the finance and service departments have been great and easy to work with. This is my 8th Toyota and love my Tundra! Service Personnel should communicate status more. I received text saying if I needed anything, to text. I texted twice and received no response. It took 4.5 hours to get in a 15,000 service. We have been very satisfied with the service and sales personnel over the years and dealership in general and would never think of going anywhere else!! More
The service department was awesome and I’m very pleased with the service and how quickly it was done. But when you’re a car dealership? Leaves me wondering whether they are that financially strapped and being shortsighted or simply taking advantage of customers. Hard to build “lifelong connections” (per their website”) when I’m being nickeled and dimed. More
