One star for this dealership is too high. After coming to an agreement on a purchase price and waiting for 2 hours to "do paperwork" I was approached by a "lead" who told us, they had made a mistake on the d an agreement on a purchase price and waiting for 2 hours to "do paperwork" I was approached by a "lead" who told us, they had made a mistake on the deal and I was to pay an additional $1750 on the car we selected. After threatening to leave and demanding my trade-in back, they were able to hide their error in the deal and honored the agreed upon price, but that was not the worst part. After signing all the paperwork and leaving my trade and us on foot, they faxed the buyers order to my bank and said I was not going be allowed to take the car off the lot, they would offer me a loaner to get a check, but it had to be back within their time frame because the loaner was previously scheduled to go out. They actually followed me to my bank and waited outside for a check. This had nothing to do with my credit or creditability this is their "policy". I/WE WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM bob rohrman. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU, but thanks for a great story to tell everyone we know. More
