I provided them with an e mail and phone number, both they have on my account so im not sure why they didn't reach out to me? The phone number provided to resolve this is diconnected. Go ahead and call if you want to check. Can you believe it?? AVOID THIS PLACE!!

They Went back and edited the message and phone number on October 12 so it didn't look like they made a mistake. I will call and report. Update: I left a voicemail For VIK. His message tries to pawn you off to a different deprtment then says he prefers to text back. I left a message I'dl ike him to call.

Finally got with Vik. He reviewed tape of the service and recordings of the phone calls between me and his service advisor. Basically he apologized. He said I was correct, only 1 strut was leaking and that's what his tech. reported to the service advisor. The tech. only suggested the other 3 be replaced due to age. The service advisor had no right telling me that all 3 struts were leaking because they aren't. So I'm going to guess the service advisor gets paid on commission and was hoping I would go on his advice due to the cars age. I only wonder what he would have done if I would have asked to see the other 3 leaking struts that were perfectly fine and bone dry. I did have another small problem where the person changing the oil din't fasten my engine air filter box down on one entire side. Vik and I also spoke about that. Vik said he will hold a department meeting to discuss all of this to get better. The end...
