They are totally honest with you. I never feel taken advantage of, or encouraged to buy a service I really don’t need. I trust them. And they are considerate of your time. Instead of doing the replacement of the lower door rollers they sent me to MobilityWorks. MobilityWorks said that the bent lower door rollers were not a conversion van issue and was definite something that Toyota in Oak Larn could have ordered and replaced. I had to have further delays ftom April 9th visit to Oak Lawn Toyota because they didn’t want to touch my van. That’s a disservice to me. I had to pay 59.00 to Villa Park to gave my van picked up from my house and driven out there to have the replacement if the vent door rollers done. That took pkace on Wednesday April 27th. Total inconvenience and extra money out of my pocket. I called Juan to report this over at Iak Lawn Toyota but he never returned my phone call last week. More
