All work done and car ready as promised. The only improvement I can offer is to offer the protection package at the time the vehicle was purchased. That way, the car would have been all ready to go when I picked it up instead of requiring 2 extra trips to Oak Lawn. Since it takes me 1 1/2 hours to get to your location, that would have meant there was no need for the extra 6 hours of driving. More
