Excellent Service....Always! George was my Service person, and I am totally satisfied with the work done on my car. He is patient and explained everything that needed to be done a George was my Service person, and I am totally satisfied with the work done on my car. He is patient and explained everything that needed to be done and why. The wait was shorter than expected, and the price was what he quoted. I wish I knew who my Mechanic was, to thank him also. I have been taking my car there for service for years. It's almost 13 years old and runs perfectly, thanks to the wonderful maintenance and personalized care I receive from Oak Lawn Toyota. More

Not very happy I made an appointment to have a safety recall fixed(rear seatbelt issue). I was told it'd take an hour but the day of the repair it took three and a h I made an appointment to have a safety recall fixed(rear seatbelt issue). I was told it'd take an hour but the day of the repair it took three and a half hours! I asked to have my windshield wiper fluid filled and it wasn't. I discovered a nail in my tire and was told it was unpatchable so I needed a new tire! I was told I drive a rare car which is bizarre since I drive a RAV4 sport and therefore a tire would be $330 plus tax!! I obviously declined. Took my vehicle to Toyota in Hodgkins three days later where I got a new tire for $225, my windshield wiper fluid filled, a complimentary car wash and they even rotated my tires at no cost since my tread was a bit worn. I won't be going back to Oak Lawn Toyota. More

Yes I said my Ford Once again excellent job and experience with the service department at Oak Lawn Toyota, I brought my Ford F-250 in for servicing. Yes I said my Ford into Toyota. I must say I get some funny looks when I pull in and ask the porter if this is the Ford dealership. Anyway I have been bring my truck in there for a few years now because of the excellent service they have done on all my Toyotas I have bought over the years. I hadn't realized that they service all makes and model cars. My truck needed some repairs on my 4-wheel drive system and I was completely satisfied with the work, the technician, the service writer and service manager. My truck was done on time as promised.
