8 years of great service! We purchased our last 2 vehicles from Oak Lawn Toyota. We have all the service performed there also. We have the utmost confidence when we leave the dealer that the car will be fine, or they will make it fine if tweaks are needed on purchase. The folks are professional, knowledgeable, patient. The prices are more than fair; in fact, they seem unfair to Toyota! All you have to do is walk into the waiting room and talk to the customers if you wonder about the quality of the dealer or the quality of their vehicles or the quality of their service center. More

Excellent Service....Always! George was my Service person, and I am totally satisfied with the work done on my car. He is patient and explained everything that needed to be done and why. The wait was shorter than expected, and the price was what he quoted. I wish I knew who my Mechanic was, to thank him also. Not very happy I made an appointment to have a safety recall fixed(rear seatbelt issue). I was told it'd take an hour but the day of the repair it took three and a h I made an appointment to have a safety recall fixed(rear seatbelt issue). I was told it'd take an hour but the day of the repair it took three and a half hours! I asked to have my windshield wiper fluid filled and it wasn't. I discovered a nail in my tire and was told it was unpatchable so I needed a new tire! I was told I drive a rare car which is bizarre since I drive a RAV4 sport and therefore a tire would be $330 plus tax!! I obviously declined. Took my vehicle to Toyota in Hodgkins three days later where I got a new tire for $225, my windshield wiper fluid filled, a complimentary car wash and they even rotated my tires at no cost since my tread was a bit worn. I won't be going back to Oak Lawn Toyota. More
