Oak Lawn Toyota - Service Center

Lost a loyal customer Service is horrible!! My father went to get a oil change and called to make a appointment who ever he spoke with told him to just come in early on a Service is horrible!! My father went to get a oil change and called to make a appointment who ever he spoke with told him to just come in early on a Friday. He went on Friday got there at 9. He drove in and they told him to wait he was there for almost 4hrs. He kept seeing other people get helped. The highlander just stayed there. No one ever told him it will take 1hr or nothing. Just had him wait there. My father doesn't speak English and I truly believe that is why they could care less. They bought the highlander new in 2011 and my parents have done everything there when it comes to service. But now the their loyalty will be going somewhere Else. How are the service writers just chit chatting away and could not tell my farther how long the wait will be or just be a cortious and say we are booked today and their is no point in waiting. But he had to find someone to help him get the answer of "I don't know how long it will take" You see a man waiting for more than 3hrs to still tell him that!! This is pathetic and I am disgusted by the disrespect and ignorance of the service writers. Our business will be going elsewhere. More

Service department I have been going to Oaklawn Toyota for quite some time. I bought my first Toyota from a Nissan dealer in which I went to Nissan for service and they I have been going to Oaklawn Toyota for quite some time. I bought my first Toyota from a Nissan dealer in which I went to Nissan for service and they offer there customers discounts, AAA and discount coupons. Although there is great customer service in the service department, I would really like to see discounts offered, coupons or something from Oaklawn Toyota! K.Baker More
