Honest Service Shop I had a grinding coming from my brakes leading up to my appointment. Wouldn't you know it, the day of service it stopped. Still decided to keep my appointment, better safe than sorry. Juan got me checked in quickly and explained the service fee upfront. Within 20 minutes of checking in, Juan came to the customer waiting area and explained my brakes (including callipers, rotors, pads) were given the all clear and did not need to be replaced. He explained the grinding noise most likely came from a stone or road debris that was lodged in the wheel. Will gladly do business with Oak Lawn Toyota service department any time it comes to servicing my vehicle. More
