Thank you for taking the time to share your concern as we value your opinion and business. After your conversation with our Service Manager, Juan, it appears that there was a misunderstanding between you and the Service Advisor about what you wanted. Our Service Advisor quoted you $439 for a set of tires because that’s the price for the tires without the installation and it is what he thought you wanted. Regardless, he should have explained that we encourage our customers to allow a professional to install the tires and from there, he could have expounded on pricing, making it 100% clear that the cost of the tires PLUS the labor with installation is $634.27. We are NOT a business who traffics in bad policies and the pricing should have been clear from the start. Further, the Advisor should have kept you up to date on when the tires arrived. Please know that we work hard to deliver excellence in Customer Service to each and every customer and I’m so sorry we failed you. If you ever need anything from us, we are always available for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
