My car didn't start due to bad battery, so called to bring in. I was just in for full car check up on March 9. 5 year old Battery health wasn't checked. I was disappointed that had been over looked. I also saw not enough protective cautions taken during this time of the virus. Commercial for Toyota shows drop off car, no contact visits. Not true. I had to go into office, with other people in close quarters, no masks, and waiting room. 2 people in there ..no masks. I went outside to wait. Also, my car steering wheel was wiped down when I arrived, but when man who brought my car out, no. I was left to get in car after people were in there, unsanitized. More

Total SCAM Artists Total SCAM artists. I ordered tires a few weeks ago. When I called and the guy quotes me $400. I tell him that is a great price and please order t Total SCAM artists. I ordered tires a few weeks ago. When I called and the guy quotes me $400. I tell him that is a great price and please order the tires. A week goes by and no word, 2 weeks pass and no word. Finally at the 3 week mark I call and ask about the tires. He's says Oh, they came in last week but I lost your number. Mind you I have been here several times and am in the system. In either case I make an appointment to have them installed. I get there and the guy says the tires are 695.00. What?!!! Its a classic bait and switch. No explanation for the increase no apologies for a misunderstanding. Just 695 out of the blue and a take it or leave it attitude. I left it and called Toyota on Western and got an honest price or 659 and no BS. My problem is not with the price but the bait and switch tactic. They have lost me as a customer forever More

When I took my car in for an oil change in June and November, I was told that I needed a new cabin filter. When I told the associate that I had had one a few months prior, he could only say ‘oh’ . This leads me to believe that either it hadn’t really been done before, or that was just proof that services are offered that are not needed just to make money. More
