Oak Lawn Toyota - Service Center

On the first day, Patrick was my service provider; with him oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours! The second day when driving I got the “brake override system failure” code which was very scary... him oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours! I drove back to the dealership 20 miles an hour fearing that my acceleration could get stuck - as specified online for this type of code; the second day Keith was my service provider; He initially asked for $59 to verify the code; of course I was upset because this only occurred after I came for the oil change thus was wondering where this error came from...nobody wants to come in for an oil change and leave with a safety problem of that magnitude. Luckily, the mechanic who services my car was able to fix this. Although I was not told anything, this code could be related to the national recall Toyota came up with a few years ago. I am rating the entire experience with 4 stars because I love the dealership and the service in general, but that day with Patrick it sucked! Thank you. Valentina Sorescu More

Great Service From the moment I pulled my car, I was greeted with “be with you soon”. Person in service dept was very pleasant and smiled, even with the mask on. As I waited I watch how others were taken care of, they should give a 10 also. There was a customer there with out a mask on, he was still taken care of. I am from another state. I came in for my regular service and dealt with Sal. He was extremely professional and was very personable. He kept me informed from start to finish. They went over that but not by much and I did not mind. I saw the same thing with all of the other employees. My only real complaint is that after I saw the cashier, I had to retrieve my own vehicle. This is very minor. It would have been better if the vehicle was delivered to me personally, but a very minor detail. Overall, I had a great experience. More
