I usually don't have trouble with this Toyota, but I brought my car in for service at the designated time and waited for a call with an update that didn't happen. I called a few hours later to learn the mechanic who was going to check it out had already left for the day. No one told me that scenario until I called to find out what the deal was. So my car was there overnight. I am disappointed at the miscommunication that left me without the transportation I rely on. More

My vehicle was taken in for service per recall however my seats, mirrors, and headlights were not readjusted to the original positions in which the vehicle was taken in. Also, my vehicle interior is beige so seats, mirrors, and headlights were not readjusted to the original positions in which the vehicle was taken in. Also, my vehicle interior is beige so workers could be more careful not to leave smudge marks on the interior during maintenance. Thank you. More
