Entire staff in the service department is great from the moment they greet you though when they deliver your keys at the end. I am a Toyota guy because of this. Recall on my 2017 for a harness replacement I did have to stand in line in a busy check-in for about 10 mins,, but I got taken right at my scheduled 9AM appointment time.
