I usually don't have trouble with this Toyota, but I brought my car in for service at the designated time and waited for a call with an update that didn't happen. So my car was there overnight. I am disappointed at the miscommunication that left me without the transportation I rely on. More

My vehicle was taken in for service per recall however my seats, mirrors, and headlights were not readjusted to the original positions in which the vehicle was taken in. Also, my vehicle interior is beige so seats, mirrors, and headlights were not readjusted to the original positions in which the vehicle was taken in. Also, my vehicle interior is beige so workers could be more careful not to leave smudge marks on the interior during maintenance. Thank you. More
