Toyota Corporate has been contacted. I am very saddened that my faith and trust in Oak Lawn Toyota has been broken. Speaking with your Service Manager only made me lose complete faith in your dealership. It's evident there is not a protocol in place to inspect and support a claim " strong from inside", on my fame rust/rot issue. To have a service writer tell us a "scope was used to no just a visual of the metal was made, is disturbing on many levels. We do not feel safe driving this truck.
