Went there for oil change but they didn't have the correct oil for my 2000 4Runner. I talked to the service manager and he said he could use the oil over the counter from the parts department to servi correct oil for my 2000 4Runner. I talked to the service manager and he said he could use the oil over the counter from the parts department to service my truck but I would have to pay additional for that because he didn't have the oil in bulk. When I got my bill I was charged $20 more than the last time I had the same oil service. Very disappointed in my experience and I'll be going to a different Toyota dealership from now on. More

Repair cost is totally ridiculous. After telling me I needed $1,200 plus for repairing my air conditioner, I walked out.
