Ron performed an oil change and did fine but I requested another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. If I had followed his recommendation I would have been paying a lot more money either at Toyota or elsewhere. Very disappointed that there was no voltage testing or checked fuse. That is just plain laziness. A family member just tested it and replaced fused and it fixed the issue. More

I had a recall and set the appointment a couple of weeks in advance the first time I came in. Only to be told that the part wa not inhad to reschedule for a later date.
