It was a simple car maintenence which only required the tire rotation. I had a 430 appointment. The gentleman said it would 45 min. We didn't leave until 6/630. They did not reset the maintenence remind tire rotation. I had a 430 appointment. The gentleman said it would 45 min. We didn't leave until 6/630. They did not reset the maintenence reminder nor place a reminder on the window to let me know when I needed to return for the oil change. When I called to ask. I was told to look for a youtube video to reset the reminder and told to return at 25k miles. More
