My experience with Oak Lawn Toyota was excellent: starting with my salesman, Bob Spee. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle in which I was interested and was able to answer my questions. I took my SUV in for an oil change and requested the technician to check my tires. I was informed that the sensor was malfunctioning, and I received a quote for its replacement. I decided to proceed wit technician to check my tires. I was informed that the sensor was malfunctioning, and I received a quote for its replacement. I decided to proceed with the repair. However, when the technician discovered that two sensors were actually out, the price increased. Later, he returned and informed me that the cost had risen even more than what he initially quoted. Feeling frustrated by the constant changes, I decided to decline the repair. What really upset me was when he returned one last time to inform me that I would be charged a service fee for inspecting my tires, a fee he had not mentioned before. It felt unfair that after I declined to pay for the sensor replacement, he then charged me $80 just to look at the tires and sensors. Great way to run a dealership!!! More
