I purchased a BMW in February and it is now May and they still can't produce a title so I can register my car and I can't get any help from them, my in transits are 3 months expired and they give me no in t still can't produce a title so I can register my car and I can't get any help from them, my in transits are 3 months expired and they give me no in transit tags or dealer tags due to there on mistake... can't even get a phone call from dealership extremely poor customer service wish I would have went somewhere else to buy a car....save yourself avoid them at all cost!!!!!!!!!! More

Service advisor doesn't know a BMW from a Yugo or how anything works on the car. Purely there to generate commissions and upsell you on a lot of work that does not need to be done.
