Can't say enough good things about my experience! Austin was professional and very helpful during the entire ordering process. Im in the Cleveland OH area and unfortunately I was treated poorly at our local Audi of Middleburg Hts dealership which led me to my own search for the perfect Q3 for my daughter and even though I found the car I was looking for on the lot at that time, Austin listened to my situation and suggested I order a 2022 versus buying the 2021 since I had 9 months until my daughter's 16th birthday.
