I took possession last week and Ted made sure everything was in order ahead of time to make the transaction process go efficiently. He took all the time I needed to go over everything in the vehicle and offered to help with any questions going forward. Also, several years ago their service department went to bat for me on a warranty issue, which was much appreciated. More
