The dealership was very busy, but we were greeted promptly and had the good fortune to be teamed up with Dyan. Even though used Grand Cherokees were not her area of expertise, she went above and beyond to help us understand features and get answers to all our questions. We chose a vehicle before lunch. Working with Dyan is like having a good friend in the car business. I highly recommend her. More

Thank you Dyan Brittain I typically don't like the car shopping experience. Dyan and her team didn't push or rush me. He answered all of my many, many questions with patience, never seeming annoyed. Ted, will make things happen. We don't live in the area, but we were just as comfortable doing a transaction via the internet, as we were in person because of him. He's knows his vehicles through and through, one evening in an effort to get Audi connect connected, Ted stayed at the dealership until 8:15PM, impressive.
