My experience at O'Daniel with Rob was great. I had been looking at the 2001 chrysler 300m they had listed online. When I finally got the chance to get out there and see it I instantly fell in love. It was in great condition and the price they were asking was right where it should be. Rob did a wonderful as well. From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in we were treated with the best customer service. I have walked into other dealerships before who just hound you down and start wanting to know how much you have and every information they can get out of you. This place did not. He asked if there was a particular person we were looking for and then asked what we were looking for. I knew right away so they pulled the car in the back garage so we could look at it better without all the snow on it. Then I started giving him some background on how long I have been looking, what I'm looking for and my price range. I didn't feel as if I was battered by a salesperson for once. Rob was really great and let us drive it around the lot and then we came back the next day to take it out further. Everything went very smooth and I felt comfortable with Rob and the O'Daniel company. All in all I am very happy with the way things happened and were conducted. Now I am loving my new car and telling everyone how great this place really is. They really do stand up to their competitors and live up to their title and standards. Junior and the staff at O'Daniel made the sales process very easy and comfortable. It was so great, in fact, that we almost could not believe it. I was given a choice of 5 possible cars for my company car. In the other dealerships when I explained that was the purpose of my visit I was treated w/ indifference. When I walked into O"Daniels I stated the same thing but was treated entirely different! Jr. really sold me on the Mazda and its features. He even followed up with a card and thanked me for my visit!!!Is it any wonder how I ended up w/ a Mazda? More

I was looking to upgrade a few years and was going to make a cash purchse. I noticed a special feature vehicle on the O'Daniel AutoMart website. I did not locate the car on the lot, but did meet Amy. make a cash purchse. I noticed a special feature vehicle on the O'Daniel AutoMart website. I did not locate the car on the lot, but did meet Amy. She was very accomodating in locating the car - it was being shown by another sales person off-site - and called to get it back over. Amy was professional and straight-forward in our dealings. She did not just try to sell me a car, but to match what I wanted with the available inventory. I was introduced to several other members of the sales team and management during that first visit too. I thought I was treated well and wanted to make the deal at O'Daniel - I beleive the staff wanted to make the best deal that satisfied me. I had dealt with the dealership many years ago and was treated just as well. The delivery was in a torrent of snow, but the car was ready as promised. As an aside, I had a tire warning indicator light come on in the first week, went on a lunch hour to mention it, Amy was on the spot, took it to service, and the tire sensor needed replaced. Chuck, her supervisor, approved the replacement, it was done right then, I was on the street very soon - and at no cost to me. I'll be back and will recommend O'Daniel Automart and Mazda for the great experience I had! More
Having had an excellent experience with the service department, I went into the store to talk to Sam Moun about trading in my Miata and my Highlander for a new Mazda 3S. Sam (new car sales), the new car manager, the general manager, and Nick the used car manager were all professional, courteous, and friendly to me. Even after extended discussions, their attitude remained a positive. A deal was made to my satisfaction and I left with my new Mazda with a good feeling about O'Daniel Mazda. I already had good feelings about their service department. In sumnation, the service department has never sold me services that I didn't need and the new car sales never uttered once those hackneyed phrases like "What will it take to get you into this car" or "gee, we have to make SOMETHING on this sale." As a former mechanic, service manager, and all around car enthusiast, I would strongely recommend O' Daniels Mazda to anyone. More
We were in the market for a used car. We had heard Junior was a motivated salesman and wanted to see what he could do for us. We worked him over pretty good trying to find the right vehicle. My wife and I looked at the new Mazda 3's over a period of about a year. Test drove them a couple of times.
