My husband and I recently purchased two new Mazdas from O'Daniel Mazda. This was our second experience working with Sam Moun, our salesman, as we had purchased a Mazda from him in 2009 as well. When we began to consider new vehicles, we contacted Sam, who ensured he was available at a time convenient for us. As in the past, Sam was extremely knowledgeable about each model of vehicle we inquired about. He was easily able to direct me to a vehicle which had each of the features I was seeking. While deciding on vehicles, Sam was very friendly and helpful; we never felt as if we were being pressured and were given honest answers to our questions. After we finished with paperwork, Sam also explained all the features and aspects of our new vehicles. He went through our owner's manuals with us and sat in each vehicle, showing us specific features, programming our bluetooths, and answering any questions. After deciding on vehicles, we began to work with other staff to determine financing and value for our trade-in vehicles. George Brothers, sales manager, worked for us to get the best value for our trade-ins. While working with George, he talked and joked with us throughout the process, making us feel very at ease. In the end, we were very satisfied with our trade-in values and felt that we were treated very fairly in this regard. For financing, O'Daniel was able to assist us with both vehicles. Tim Guisewhite contacted several banks to ensure we were receiving the best rate possible. When actually doing the paperwork, Tim explained everything fully and answered any questions we had regarding financing, specific paperwork, or other parts of the process. All in all, our experience at O'Daniel was again excellent. At no time did we feel as if we were being "handled" and everyone treated us as friends, not as a potential source of commission. They went out of their way to assist us in every way possible, from providing a computer to print out necessary documents to de-icing multiple vehicles for us to test drive. Even after our transaction was completed, when we returned to purchase an accessory for a vehicle, our sales person left a training session to accompany us to the service center to order the item with us and make sure we had a good experience. We received excellent vehicles at great prices and look forward to working with Sam Moun and O'Daniel Mazda again in the future. More

Wish more dealerships worked like this because maybe then the used car industry wouldn't have the reputation that it does. "How can you tell when a used car guy is lying?, His lips are moving...." Yeah I said it, I don't think this dealership rolls this way, and if they start to it will show. Anyhow I would tell anyone to go buy a car here, they are honest and helpful! My experience at O'Daniel with Rob was great. I had been looking at the 2001 chrysler 300m they had listed online. When I finally got the chance to get out there and see it I instantly fell in love. It was in great condition and the price they were asking was right where it should be. Rob did a wonderful as well. From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in we were treated with the best customer service. I have walked into other dealerships before who just hound you down and start wanting to know how much you have and every information they can get out of you. This place did not. He asked if there was a particular person we were looking for and then asked what we were looking for. I knew right away so they pulled the car in the back garage so we could look at it better without all the snow on it. Then I started giving him some background on how long I have been looking, what I'm looking for and my price range. I didn't feel as if I was battered by a salesperson for once. Rob was really great and let us drive it around the lot and then we came back the next day to take it out further. Everything went very smooth and I felt comfortable with Rob and the O'Daniel company. All in all I am very happy with the way things happened and were conducted. Now I am loving my new car and telling everyone how great this place really is. They really do stand up to their competitors and live up to their title and standards.
