I was in the business of looking for a used car. I went online and I came across O’daniel Auto Mart. I saw cars that were in my price range and decided I should just go into the actual dealership to see wh online and I came across O’daniel Auto Mart. I saw cars that were in my price range and decided I should just go into the actual dealership to see what they had because I had a good feeling from the website. It was my first time purchasing a car and I really didn’t know what to expect from the car salesman because you hear in general about pushy sales guys all the time. But when I entered O’Donnell Auto Mart, I wasn’t greeted by any of that kind. Instead I met Heinrich. He was funny, cool, and a genuinely nice guy! He was set out to get the best car for me and the best financing. He found a 2007 Pontiac GT for me and I was allowed to take it home to think about it and have my mechanic look at it. My mechanic wasn’t available but I still thought it was a good car and it drove very well. But I started to have second thoughts about it because it was the first car I saw. So I went back to Heinrich and I told him I didn’t think that car was the right fit for me and he said no problem and he quickly tried to find a car that was in my price range (along with the finance guy ,Tim) and that was more of what I was looking for. And then BAM! We found one. It was a 2009, 18000 miles, 34 miles per gallon car, that had great car fax, a four door, and a reasonable price! All of what I was looking for. All I had to do was get was my insurance and I could have it so we set up a date to finish the paper work. But when getting my insurance the temporary license I had didn’t have the complete DLN and BMV was closed. But with Heinrich smart thinking we decided to call the insurance people to talk with them and they suggest we call the police station and tell them we needed a DLN and to give them my social. To all of our surprise they sent out a police officer and he was able to get the DLN with no problem. I guess I was destined to get that car with how everything turned out and plus it was a great deal! But with all that, I would say I’m a fresh out of driving school driver so I was a little scared driving the car home. Heinrich even went as far as to lead me home with his car as I drove behind him. Now that is great customer service and not to mention he did all this on his day off! I would recommend this place and Heinrich to any who is looking for a car! Thanks Heinrich and Tim for being patient with me and being good people. There is truly a family atmosphere there and it seems like they treat you like family! More
I did most of my correspondence on-line. I found the vehicle on-line, e-mailed O'Daniel, and they got back to me the next day. I was able to outline what I wanted in their inventory, we negotiated vehicle on-line, e-mailed O'Daniel, and they got back to me the next day. I was able to outline what I wanted in their inventory, we negotiated via e-mail, and they made the deal I wanted happen (I had a trade-in) via a phone call. I made the hour drive and everything was ready to go for me as we had agreed upon. I got a thorough tour of my new vehicle and the team handled the details efficiently and effectively. There were no surprises and all went smooth! Very good experience for me! More

I was looking for a car and Dave Carroll at O'Daniel West suggested I look at their website. I found a car I liked at O'Daniel Mazda. Dave called Junior Hammond at that store for me. I made my first solo car purchase at O'Daniel, and they made me feel very at ease with making such a big, new decision. They let me take my time and test drive as many cars as I wanted. I had gone in looking for a sedan, but happened to mention Jeeps were my favorite, but I thought they were out of my price range. Heinrich asked why we were even looking at cars if I had my heart set on a Jeep, and with the help of him, Nick, and Tim, I was able to drive home what I really wanted. A Jeep had just been traded in, wasn't even cleaned out or priced yet. I got to drive it home to have fun for the weekend with the assurance that on bringing it back the next week it would be fully detailed and get a paint touch up, while I would be provided a rental car. I will definitely start my car search here the next time I need a new car, which will be a long time from now since my Jeep is perfect! Thank you!!!! More
We started our search for a car almost two years ago. A year ago we visited O'Daniel and Nick was very helpful, but not pushy at all. We weren't quite ready to buy. We started seriously looking again, and came back to O'Daniel. Everyone including Ryan and George were wonderful to work with! Honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. We realized the price they were offering for a brand new car was as good a deal for a used one as we found elsewhere. After deciding the buy, the process was very simple! Tim was fantastic about explaining the entire financing process which was very comforting as I had never purchased a new car before. Every person we talked to made it clear that they were available after the sale for any questions or concerns we had. We had heard good things about O'Daniel, and the Mazda brand and they absolutely lived up to our expectations. We love our new cx-9, and will certainly spread the word. I had expected the car buying process to be very high pressure and stressful, but this was not at all. We look forward to driving our mazda a long time, but know that if we came back to o'daniel they would be fantastic to work with! Thanks again to everyone for making this such a great experience! This was my first experience purchasing a new car, and I went in expecting a lot of fast talk and pressure, but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience! I was interested in getting a Mazda, and Corey Harris at O'Daniel West recommended I work with Ryan Keebler at O'Daniel Mazda. Corey worked with me a lot through the whole deal, even though it wasn't the dealership he worked at, which I thought was very great customer service, making sure I was taken care of during the entire process. I test drove a few different Mazdas, including the Mazda3 and Mazda6. Ryan at O'Daniel Mazda was very helpful during the entire process, and helped guide me to a new Mazda6 they had when I had mentioned not liking the size of the Mazda3. I fell in love with a 2010 Mazda6 they had, and decided to take a few days to think about it, which Ryan and George (the manager) understood completely. When I came back a few days later, George was extremely easy to work with on pricing and my personal financial situation. I was very upfront with him about what I could afford, and the Mazda6 was just a bit out of my price range. George worked through the numbers for a bit and did end up being able to drop the price of the car down considerably, to a point where I felt completely comfortable buying it. That was about 6 weeks ago, and I have loved driving my 2010 Mazda6 every day since then, and I'm really glad I found this dealership and the awesome staff that work there!!! More
