We were in the market for a used car. We had heard Junior was a motivated salesman and wanted to see what he could do for us. We worked him over pretty good trying to find the right vehicle. It was great to actually walk into a dealership and not be hounded, I had called the night before looking for information on a certain vehicle and then set up an appt the next day for a test drive, drove t be hounded, I had called the night before looking for information on a certain vehicle and then set up an appt the next day for a test drive, drove the Escape over my lunch hour and took it back and they said they still needed to look at one of my trade ins and so I came back in the evening, returing the Escape. I could tell that Heinrich was a newer salesman but he did not shy away for getting my questions answered and George his boss was also very helpful. I was trading in 2 vehicles and that was not an issue for them. I bought my Escape on Wednesday and I am really enjoying the vehicle.
