Entire process was horrible from start to finish. Russ was rude and extremely pushy from the beginning. He lied to us about features in the car such as anti-lock brakes. We were told the car had passed their "inspection" whatever that may be, but yet we found several issues with the car, even simple ones such as a window not rolling down all the way. We were told all issues with the car would be fixed. After 5 days of them having the car, they delivered it and there were several things not done. We had to take the car back 2 other times just to get these issues addressed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and if you do go there, at the very least, stay far away from Russ if you want any sort of professionalism during your time there. More

When I first called about the Outlook that I purchased, Heinrich seemed very happy to actually help me...not to just sell. When we got there the call was waiting for us and I LOVED IT! He showed us a few different options on top of that and then printed off all of the car faxes and grabbed the keys so that we could actually see all of them. It was a very fun and enjoyable experience for my husband and I! He even let us do a stroller and carseat test...so great. They worked with us on price to help maintain our budget and didn't make us feel pressured into spending a certain amount of money. The manager even got us in on a little joke with our salesman (Heinrich)...and it was pretty funny. Very enjoyable people, who will actually remember you and be friendly! More
We were looking to trade in our gas hog for something more fuel efficient. As I was browsing the internet, I found a car that i was interested in on the O'Daniel website. I sent a request for more information and Ryan Keebler called me first thing the next morning. I was expecting an automated email telling me to come to the lot. No Way! I got a real person! That was nice. I went up to the lot that same day to test drive the car, and Ryan was great. He wasn't pushy at all, and he didn't insist on riding with me. (Really, a used car sells itself. Who wants a salesman whispering in your ear the whole time?) When I left that day, I was pretty sure that was the car I wanted, but just to humor my husband, I did some more shopping around. Every other dealership that I went to wanted to push me into buying a Brand New Car. I did that once, which is why I was looking to trade in. Brand New Cars are nice, but the payments suck! We were looking for something a few years old with low miles and good gas mileage. Those other dealers didn't even want to give me the time of day! Also, after driving a brand new car for over a year, I think i spoiled my self. It seemed like every used car I tested was horrible! Not the O'Daniel's cars. I was very impressed with the quality of the cars on their lot. I didn't feel like I was getting a "USED" car at all. In the end, we chose O'Daniel for our business. They gave us a good trade in amount for our SUV and a heck of a price on the one we purchased. They were so awesome, my husband traded in his car toO! When we left that day, we had not 1 but 2 "new-to-us" cars! Ryan and the entire O'Daniel family was great! I would definately recommend O'Daniel for all your used car needs. They are honest(as honest as a used car dealer can be, lol) friendly and down to earth. No stuffy dealerships here! When the day was over, and both my husband and I were driving off the lot in our "new" used vehicles, I knew we had chosen the right lot. They have earned our business for years to come. I have purchased from here before and was very happy with the service. I love the quality of the car that Heinrich sold me. I was told that if I upgraded that I would have all of the features of my current M the service. I love the quality of the car that Heinrich sold me. I was told that if I upgraded that I would have all of the features of my current Mazda and the upgrades. They required a deposit for me to get the car. I was unhappy to see that my newer car did not have several of the features that I was told it would have (i.e. side mirror blinkers, auto-defogger rear view mirror, compass in rear view mirror, Sirrius hookup, etc.). My only recommendation would be to make sure that the salesman knows more about the product that he/she is selling so that a customer doesn't leave with anything other than 100% satisfaction. When I brought it up after the sale, it was not addressed whatsoever and I was hoping that the salesman would try to make things right by offering any form of compensation for the misleading information. The "extras" that came on the car were nothing that I asked for and were simply a bonus, but not necessary. Overall I would surely recommend this dealer to another buyer. Thanks. More
