I love the experience when I go in there. From being greeted by everyone to how well they work with you. When I spotted the one on the website. He went over to the other dealership and brought it back for me. He kept up with me told me how it ran what features it had. The ease of switching cars was awesome. They worked to get this new car in my budget George worked every way possible for me to afford the car with the warranty coverage. The other thing that did that was awesome was while I was filling out all the paperwork they watched over my very active 2 year old. He loved it. So it was a great experience for me and him. I will be telling my friends if they need a new car to go here for sure! More

The entire experience was the most pleasant I've ever had buying a car. I feel the price for the vehicle was very fair. As I expected, I was low balled on my trade but, they seemed willing to negotiate in buying a car. I feel the price for the vehicle was very fair. I didn't experience any BS, and they were willing to go through all of the numbers until I was satisfied they were accurate and that I understood them. They were very cooperative with our difficult pick-up schedule. Great work Ryan. George was very pleasant,and willing to go through the numbers and answer any questions I had. I was treated very nicely and respectfully. I was never treated as though my questions were stupid or a waste of anyone's time. I never felt as though I was being hustled in the finance office. Also, in general, I never felt that if I were a man that I would have received a different price or more respectful treatment. More
First and foremost - I found this car online. I was a bit leary at first, but the overall transaction was absolutely wonderful. I then looked at one other place and at another they had on the lot and chose the very first one I had looked at. They have been more than patient with me while I had to order a duplicate title and that takes time. He has followed up with me to see how things are going with the car and I feel like I have a new friend. More

My husband and I purchased a used 2008 Acadia SLT from Sam Moun on Saturday. We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Sam. While we were signing all the paperwork, Sam gave our 2 1/2 year old daughter a pink balloon to play with which made her SO happy. It might sound like a silly little thing but it made her so happy which made us happy. It's the little things that mean a lot to us and at O'Daniel, they go the extra mile and do the little things. Today, I called the service department to inquire about how much an oil change would cost, and the person I spoke to was very nice to me also. He answered my questions and even provided more information which I appreciated. I am 100% impressed with my experience here and would highly recommend this dealer to all my friends and family.
