Id have to say my family has found a dealership we can call home. I no longer have to question where to go and look for cars. After going from dealership to dealership the past 6-7 years I have bought my call home. I no longer have to question where to go and look for cars. After going from dealership to dealership the past 6-7 years I have bought my family's last 4 vehicles through O'Daniel. I can not explain the peace of mind i have had since I first met Ryan and the staff at Daniel. My wife and I had to look for a more family friendly vehicle and the only place we thought of was Ryan and the crew at O'Daniel, he was able to explain the pros and cons of all the vehicles we had in mind. He also helped with figuring out financially would work for us. When I was ready to get out of the vehicle I currently owned Ryan remembered a particular SUV I was looking for and immediately texted and called me to let me know they may have had something in stock that I was looking for. That extra effort that was put in to ensure I was being taken care of is why I wont look at any other Dealership. I was looking for a reliable family car for my wife and kids while I'm gone for an extended time for the military. We were on a budget, so our choices were limited and we had a hard time finding anything w kids while I'm gone for an extended time for the military. When we are shopping for a new car, we can always count on Sam Moun to show us why Mazda is the best value for our money. Some people shop around and find a used car for $12K or $15K and for just a couple thousand more you can avoid someone else's problems, get free 3 year road side assistance, get 40 mpg and excellent safety. Matt allowed us ample time to view the vehicle, test drive it, and provided us with answers to all the questions we had. The negotiations on the final sale price of the vehicle were simple and the trade-in value given for our van was fair. Our overall experience with this dealership was fantastic. We have purchased 4 new vehicles outside of Fort Wayne because of our previous poor experience with other dealerships in the city. We were very pleased with our experience at O'Daniel Mazda Automart and would definitely return if they have a vehicle we are interested in. More
