My husband and I purchased a used 2008 Acadia SLT from Sam Moun on Saturday. We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Sam. While we were signing all the paperwork, Sam gave our 2 1/2 year old daughter a pink balloon to play with which made her SO happy. It might sound like a silly little thing but it made her so happy which made us happy. It's the little things that mean a lot to us and at O'Daniel, they go the extra mile and do the little things. Today, I called the service department to inquire about how much an oil change would cost, and the person I spoke to was very nice to me also. He answered my questions and even provided more information which I appreciated. I am 100% impressed with my experience here and would highly recommend this dealer to all my friends and family. When in to purchase a new CX5 & met with Donna James & discovered that I was upside down on my trade & the payments would be too high so we decided I would wait & Donna would check back with me from tim & discovered that I was upside down on my trade & the payments would be too high so we decided I would wait & Donna would check back with me from time to time. A month later & $200.00 a month in gas (we had just moved & it was farther away from everything) I called Donna (I really liked the honest approach Donna had & she worked to get my buisness without being too pushy) I thought I would call her & see what she suggested. She arranged for me to test drive a Mazda3 & I fell in love with it. Sporty, comfortable & the possibilty of 40 miles to the gallon I was SOLD. I have had it for a week & only have driven in town haven't had a chance for any highway yet but today it shows an average of 30 miles to the gallon.Thank you Donna More

THEREFORE I SENT MY FIANCE OUT TO CAR SHOP FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I HAVE ALWAYS FELT INTIMIDATED BY SALESMEN AND DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH THEM. THEREFORE I SENT MY FIANCE OUT TO CAR SHOP FOR ME AND AND I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A TOYOTA CAMRY AND HAD LOOKED AT A FEW .. I VENTURED TO ODANIELS LOT TO LOOK AT A 2011 CAMRY ON APRIL 19 ... THAT JOHNNY (MY FIANCE) BEEN WORKING WITH JUNIOR ON..AS I WAS WAITING ON THE KEYS AND A PLATE I NOTICED THIS OTHER CAR? THE SHAPE AND COLOR CAUGHT MY EYE AND I EVEN LIKED THE INTERIOR. AS WE TEST DROVE THE CAMRY AND RETURNED... JUNIOR ALREADY HAD THE OTHER CAR READY TO GO; WITH KEYS IN HAND AND ALL. I HAD NEVER DRIVEN A MAZDA AND IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS CAR... JUNIOR WAS VERY NICE AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL....AS WE LOOKED OVER THE CAR I NOTICED A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED ATTENTION AND I AM PICKY PERSON AND WAS LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT VEHICLE. JUNIOR WAS WILLING TO MAKE THIS CAR RIGHT FOR ME.. AS WE SEALED THE DEAL AND SIGNED PAPERS IT WAS GETTING LATE.. JUNIOR TOOK ME FOR A TOUR OF YOUR SERVICE SHOP AND I WAS IMPRESSED HOW CLEAN THINGS WERE AND IN ORDER... IT WAS GOING ON 8PM AS MY NEW CAR WASHED AND BROUGHT OUT .... JUNIOR PUT ON THE PAPER PLATE, WHICH I DID NOT EXPECT HIM TO DO...AND AS I WAS PREPARING TO LEAVE JUNIOR WENT OVER ALL THE CONTROLS ON THE CAR AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL... HE EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME PROGRAM A FEW PHONE #'S IN THE CAR'S PHONE... JUNIOR HAS BEEN THE BEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH..
