I was just looking and had a print out of a couple of Ford Edge's that I saw on the web site that I wanted to look at. When I walked in, Heinrich greeted me with a big smile and was so friendly. The one Edge I wanted to see was in the process of being sold, but Heinrich took my information and got me in a test drive in the other one right away! It was very nice, but the cream color was kind of plain to me. I told him that I liked it...but. He totally understood that women tend to look at he color of the vehicle, we don't like boring. But, he found another Edge at the New Haven store for me that was sport blue that he could get over on Monday for me to look at. It was a little higher in price than what I wanted, but it also had a lot of the features I was looking for. So, Monday I came over only to find that someone saw it sitting on the lot and was interested in it also! Crap! Heinrich was bummed too, but had a back up plan. Turns out the other Edge I wanted to see the past Saturday didn't end up getting sold afterall. The financing fell through and the car was again available. So, heinrich had it waiting for me and my mom (she is my conscious when I car shop) ready for me to test drive, until I could try out the blue on. Needless to say, I never needed to see the blue one. As soon as I sat in the Cinnamon (yes! cool color!) one, I was hooked. It didn't have all of the features I was looking for, mainly a sunroof, but everything else, including the amazing prize, had me hooked! After the drive, I was sitting in the back seat, amazed by the room, when Heinrich came out and told me what was going on with the blue one and I told him not to bother...this was the one for me. I think he was a little shocked but very happy that I liked the Cinnamon one. He admitted that he thought I might really like the color. He is a very wise salesman! He had listened to what I wanted and delieved! Nick gave me a fair price for my trade in and George was so easy to talk to through the financing, which I know most people fear. But I had money down, with a trade in, and great credit, so I knew it wouldn't be painful. Plus, he got me an awesome loan rate! My payments are exactly where was wanted them to be. Even when I noticed that a hook was missing above the back driver door *BAM* the guys went out right away and got that taken care of for me right then and there! That is customer service! Needless to say I was beyond pleased with my experience. Heinrich was so fun to work with. He always had a big smile and a great sense of humor. I am a very outgoing person, so it was so nice to work with someone who was just being themselves and not a scary-pushy-car salesperson that everyone fears. My mom will be needing a car in the next year and she has already said that when it's time, she is going to see Heinrich. More
We were at the dealership to decide between the CX-5 and the Mazda 3. Sam Moun did everything he could to help us make the right decision. He also made it possible for us to purchase some rims off of another car and have them put on our car for a really reasonable price. We were so happy with the car when we saw it at the dealership when we went to pick it up. We decided on the Mazda 3 due to it's great value. We have had the car a little over a week now and our extremely happy with it. Sam even helped us set up the Bluetooth in the car and went over the features with us before we left. He also went through the books with us and no salesman has ever done that. We also really appreciated the phone call from Sam making sure that we were still happy with the car and everything had gone well. Even though our interaction with George Brothers was brief(just signing some papers) he was very nice and friendly to work with. I have highly recommended this dealership and Sam to many of our friends and family and anyone who asks about our car. We were very pleased and would go back and deal with Sam again. More

We had been through several dealers before coming to ODaniels, and I still was not yet quite sure what I wanted to buy. The other dealers made absolutely no attempt to assist. I ultimately decided that the SUV he found in a different ODaniel lot, was what I wanted. Had Ryan not showed me that vehicle, I would have missed a great little Ford that I have fallen in love with. He called me less than an hour later, he found me EXACTLY what I was looking for, and I drove my new him what I was looking for, and my price range. He far exceeded my expectations. I could tell he really worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even hand washed it for me before I got there. They really do go above and beyond customer service. I recommend Eric at O'daniel to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. More

We visited the Dealership on a Tuesday night and had purchased a car with all 3 of our kids ranging from ages 2-10 with the 10yr old being Moderately Autistic. We purchased 7 cars at different dealerships over the course of 11yrs. This by far has exceeding being "Great" overall. I train employees on customer service skills and have an expectation on how employees should treat their customers. Every situation I am in I rate them myself and take that back to my employees to train on the good and bad of that experience. I can say without a doubt the employees at the dealership impressed me. The process did take a little longer than what I expected but they were always coming back and making sure we were still "ok". We seen and passed many employees there and everyone smiled and asked how we were doing. I did not come across one person that did not greet us with a smile. Not only have I already spoken to others about the great service we received here We will being using O'Daniel Mazda as our "Dealership". More
