We went in to get information to help us decide between a new or used vehicle. I felt like I had to make a decision to purchase right away even after I said I wanted to go home, feed my family and sleep on i new or used vehicle. We came to an agreement but had to stay even later and go to a different building and wait for someone else to tell us it was okay to go home. After we got home, we realized that we had nothing in writing about the accessories or the price we agreed upon, which made it difficult to line up financing and determine our monthly payment. Picking up the car went well, but when we got it home I realized that my less-than-a-year-old used car had been lived in by a dog. There was hair everywhere and the doors and dash were scratched up. Going back to get the promised accessories did not go smoothly and I did not like them after they were installed. I wish they had shown me what I was paying so much extra for. My general impression was that they are very busy, possibly understaffed and really don't have their act together. Everyone was very friendly. However; I still don't think I would choose to do business with O'Daniel again. I like Junior a lot. He is genuine and nice. He went the extra mile to make things right, but he has way too many irons in the fire to be able to give great service. George impressed me as completely insincere. More

From the start, Ryan told me what I would have to do if I bought my Jeep and left nothing out. The tires were needing replaced and he told me that before I even looked at it.
