Went looking for a certain make and model found one on the internet at this dealership. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgable, he was not the sterotype "pushy" saleman. Ryan was awesome! The thing that made Ryan stand apart from other dealers I have delt with in the past is that he made the process as fast and easy as it's ever been for me. We had been looking for a used car/van for several weeks. I had been searching the internet, AutoTrader, CarGurus, Craigslist, and driving thru car lots. Many salesmen would take my name, phone number, and I had been searching the internet, AutoTrader, CarGurus, Craigslist, and driving thru car lots. Many salesmen would take my name, phone number, and email address and that is the last that I would hear from them. When I called and spoke with Heinrich it was very different!! He sent me three email messages the same day that I spoke with him on the phone. He had quite a few vehicles for us to look at when we came in. He encouraged us to drive whatever we had an interest in and see what we liked best. He spent most of the day with us trying to find out what would best meet our needs. Then when we needed to come in the next day to finalize on price, he came in on his day off to meet with us. The service that Heinrich provided was exceptional, and greatly appreciated! Like nothing we had experienced car shopping in the weeks before. We also spoke with Nick and he was also very professional and worked hard to get to the price that we wanted. We would highly recommend Heinrich to our friends and family! The only negative that we had during the entire experience is that often when we were coming or going into the dealership there were employees smoking either on or near the front steps. I just think that that is very unprofessional. More
Ryan is by far one of the most professional salesman I know. I have checked out other places to evaluate my vehicle options, but found the sales people to be either untrained or just plain unprofessional know. Typically they are pushy and in your face far too much for my taste. Not the case here, and in fact quite the opposite. Ryan will just stand there and listen until his ears fall off. My wife regards him highly and has a similar opinion. Great work Ryan, and thanks for taking care of my vehicle needs even after the sale! Honesty combined with professionalism is a rare find, and he as them both. More

Overall, a low pressure, superb experience. I did my research online and knew what I wanted in regards to the make of the car and the price. Sam greeted us quickly in a friendly way and started a genera research online and knew what I wanted in regards to the make of the car and the price. Sam greeted us quickly in a friendly way and started a general conversation. Although he was juggling several customers at once, Sam paid proper attention to me but gave me some well-timed breaks to think about the purchase and to test drive the vehicle. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I told Sam what my expectations were: (1) To receive the discount from MSRP as noted on their website (posting the discount on the website was a major reason why I came to this dealer); (2) To get a good value on my trade-in; and (3) To qualify for the 5-year, 0% loan. Sam and the others delivered on all counts. Because they gave me the high, high KBB/Edmunds value on my trade-in truck, I did not try to negotiate for a further discount. Sam handled taking in all the required information for the credit application so I did not have to sit in the finance office for long ... just had to review and sign the application. A great comfort to me was that George and Sam did not at all pressure me or waste my time in trying to get me to purchase other products (e.g., extended warranty). The only thing they explained (briefly) was the extended warranty, but once I said I was not interested, I was on my way into my new car. I do not know how it is in regards to negotiations with the dealership on prices (since I did not ask for further discounts), but in all other manners of the purchase process, they (especially Sam) get a top-notch review from me. More
