Junior was very sweet and prompt. I took in a high end car and traded it for a Girly truck!!Awesome!! I was treated with respect and kindness and told every thing i needed to know or asked. This is the second Mazda that I have leased from here and I intend to return in the future as well. My experience has been an absolute joy and was very easy, considering that I am from out of state. Before I had even returned to the state I contacted the dealership and they were more than happy to have everything ready for me when I came by, considering my short time frame. Ryan Keebler was prompt, friendly, and very accommodating. He even brought a car down from the lift so that I could take a look at that one! He was very patient with me and generally enthusiastic when I finally decided on a new Mazda 3. He provided me with information that would be relevant to me as a person, such as gas mileage, tinted windows ( I have a three year old that is not fond of the sun), and no leather ( I have a dog that does travel with me on occasion). He made sure that I was at ease and comfortable when the paperwork was being prepared and even though it was a lengthy process I did not feel that way. When I met with George, he made the financing quick and easy but still informative, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was very pleased with the genuinely friendly and down to earth service that I received. Even today ( a few days later) when I had to fax a copy of my license over Ryan answered the phone and remembered me, even asking personal questions like if I liked the color still (I picked the electric blue) or if I minded the spoiler anymore, which made me smile. It is so refreshing to see people like Ryan that actually enjoy their profession and enjoy helping people find the car that suits them and their lifestyles. More
