a happy customer We had been looking for a specific used SUV for about 6 months and checked out several. We watched e-bay for "just the right one" and followed other We had been looking for a specific used SUV for about 6 months and checked out several. We watched e-bay for "just the right one" and followed other auctions by private owners, both new and used car dealers and even some salvage sites. We test drove and looked at reviews ad nauseam. We mostly gave up finding what we wanted at a justifiable price. Then out of habit, we happened onto a new car dealer's online site too far away to consider realistically but with a nice looking older model. The car-fax seemed great and again from habit, I called the dealer. I spoke with Sam Moun. I told him I couldn't see us buying a car without driving it first. He said he understood and he'd try answering any questions. I asked about some specifics. During that first conversation I felt none of the universally common used-car-salesman pressure. But because of our situation we initially left it at …thanks, it sounds nice but we don't see this working out. Later as my wife and I discussed our interaction with Sam and what we believed to be true about the SUV, we knew from our earlier vehicle research that the model he had wouldn't last long at his price. So, against our principles and for no other reason than it feels right, my wife called Sam back and bought it. It's too late to say long-story-short, and I could go on about the whole experience but because of Sam Moun, we got just what we wanted. Everything Sam said was true and getting our new-to-us Lexus home was more fun than the nostalgic road trips we enjoyed 40 years ago. One person can make all the difference.
