My experience with O’Daniel was very good. I had pretty much settled on a CX-5 based on my research of various Internet sources. When I stopped by O’Daniel I was met by Matt. I let Matt know what I wante much settled on a CX-5 based on my research of various Internet sources. When I stopped by O’Daniel I was met by Matt. I let Matt know what I wanted and what my color options might be. I indicated I was a few weeks away from a purchase. Matt showed me a CX-5 and demonstrated some of the various options. Over the next few weeks Matt located cars not on their lot that my meet my needs. He kept me informed with no pressure to purchase. We I was ready I came back and test drove a car on the lot that happened to be perfect. Matt and Todd work a deal that was fair. The finance meeting with George was simple, quick, and no pressure to purchase other items. Then after the purchase, Matt made sure we understood all the operational features or the car and gave us a basic understanding of the accessories. We shopped around for two weeks and I had 5 salesman cards in my wallet. Jeremiah was the least pressuring, most knowledgeable, and most down-to-earth of the five, and the O'Daniel showroom was sharp l cards in my wallet. We test drove 5 cars on their lot, and left and came back, and Jeremiah was patient and never pushed us. Ultimately, a suggestion he had made early in the process was the car we bought in the end. Then I met everyone else, and everyone is friendly. They make sure you know where the service center is and everything. Nothing to dislike here, worth the visit. More

I saw a car I was interested in on their website, and called them about it. Eric had it ready and waiting for me, he was very outgoing and forthcoming about the car. The only complaint I had was the car was priced at the mint end of retail value; but the car that had a dented rear quarter panel, a missing rear view mirror, and the drivers window didn't roll up. None of these were critical damage to the function and performance of the vehicle, the drive train has no issues. But they were issues that should have devalued the car more than they did. More

My questions usually go beyond the normal as I retired as an Environmental engineer and a former car technician. In every case, Sam was up to the task. The sales force in general were also very helpful. The whole experience was relaxed and non- pressuring, These are things that I like about this dealership! I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Sam Moun. Did I also mention that the service department has always been polite and professional with me during my visits with my previous car, also a Mazda. More
