When we decided to purchase a new vehicle our first thought was O'Daniel and after researching all the dealers in the area, the exact vehicle we were looking for was at O'Daniel for the best price by far! We were greeted by Nick Sheets on the lot and he was very patient with us as we tried out the vehicle with our three young girls in tow. Everything went so smoothly but we definitely didn't feel pressured. While we waited to have our vehicle appraised for trade in, our girls found a play area, popcorn, and lemonade which kept them occupied while we worked out details of buying the new to us vehicle. Nick was very kind to our whole family and even gave our family a tour of their facility, which is very helpful since we will definitely will be servicing our vehicle with them when the time comes, even for oil changes! No pushy sales I was left in the unfortunate position of having an unusable vehicle I was conned into several years ago. I looked at O'Daniel mostly because the time I was left in the unfortunate position of having an unusable vehicle I was conned into several years ago. I looked at O'Daniel mostly because the times I had stopped at their lots, they were happy to introduce themselves and not pester me. I was looking at an older 99 Honda Accord I saw on their website and e-mailed about it. Since it was night, I didn't receive a call until the following day.I was glad they let me drive it around and by home so my wife could check it out. This was completely opposite what I'd experienced before. Things continued smoothly. I was in a rather desparate situation, but my salesman never felt pushy. While it is his job to sell cars, he wasn't xxxx-bent on making a sale. He was vested in making sure my purchase was solid. Of course, I did go through with the purchase, leading me to finance. The only thing left is the title of my old car, which needs replacing. However, they've been nice about that and let me check at home. The next time I need a car, I will keep O'Daniel on my short list. More

I came in to the dealership and Sam was on his day off. Heinrich Hilger and Nick Sheets stepped in and arranged a test drive and answered all of my concerns. The dealership was to close at 6:00 pm but they stayed on until almost 7:00pm and gave me some preliminary figures. Sam came in the next day and called me and finalized the deal. I just picked up my wife's new auto and couldn't be happier.Sam explained everything on the auto and paired my cell phone with it along with explaining all functions of the auto. Casey in the finance office was also very helpful and easy to work with. Overall a great buying experience. More
