They were attentive to what I was looking for in a car, and helped me find the best package for what was most important to me in a car. In addition, they did not once put down other car brands or models that I was considering, which I really appreciated (I have had other experiences with car dealers who talk trash about any brand but their own, instead of sharing positive facts about their cars). My interactions with everyone felt genuine and honest, not too forceful with their selling techniques. They seemed as though they truly wanted me to get the best car for my lifestyle, and I definitely walked away as a very happy customer - and I will most likely be a repeat customer in the future thanks to their helpful attitude. I worked closely with Eric, Julie, and Chris. While, I did not get all that I wanted, they all worked very hard to make a deal happen. Ultimately, I had to compromise because I was too far upside down on did not get all that I wanted, they all worked very hard to make a deal happen. I walked into the dealership with another car in mind, and just coming to check out the Mazda 3 more or less to please the family. Little did I know what we were all in for during our couple days working and just coming to check out the Mazda 3 more or less to please the family. Not only did Jeremiah show me everything the Mazda 3 had to offer, but he put me in a great car to test drive, and I bought it the next day. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't forceful, but most importantly he was honest. I have no regrets whatsoever with the purchase, and would strongly recommend Jeremiah to anyone who was interested in a vehicle at Odaniel. Just make sure he sets the parking brake! Haha! More
