Looking for some time for a good used Ford Edge they supplied me with exactly what I had been searching for.Being a former Whosale Dealer I was accustomed to negative and very agressive sales people the supplied me with exactly what I had been searching for.Being a former Whosale Dealer I was accustomed to negative and very agressive sales people the same as everybody else. This wasnt the case with this Dealer and the people I dealt with. Russ Stanski was very professional and friendly in his approach to me and didnt pressure me into buying something I really didnt want. Nick Rusk who is the Used mgr. made me an offer on my trade that with little negotiation we came to terms without any apprehension and both were friendly which is a part of being a good sales person. The finance mgr Geroge Brothers suprised me with terms and a finance percentage that I found very positive and at first hard to believe.Over the years I've dealt with a multitude of dealers and I wouild have to say this is the best I've been treated and would highly recommend them when you are looking for either used or new. this was probably one of the best dealerships we have ever visited. My husband called about a car they had on the lot and within a few days the deal was done! ryan was preparing to get married but you w ever visited. My experience at O'Daniel was awesome.. I had Heinrich for my car salesman and he was so informative, and he listened to what we wanted and needed. I had my mind set on an SUV but when all was said and d for my car salesman and he was so informative, and he listened to what we wanted and needed. I had my mind set on an SUV but when all was said and done I walked away owning a 2011 Ford Focus. Definitely glad I took the time to visit this dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
