He asked me if I wanted to take a test drive, which I did and it obviously made me love the CX-5 even more. When I knew I wanted the vehicle, we discussed which one I would want (sport, touring, and grand touring) and the prices/ bells and whistles of each. Matt did a great job of making sure I understood everything with the paper work, etc. He was very enthusiastic and very personable! Really seems like he enjoys his job and working with people. After leasing my car, he followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with the car as well as to make sure I didn't have any more questions/concerns.
