No pressure, friendly, knowledgable, funny and respectful. After I purchased the truck and left the dealership is where I was very impressed. He gave me a shoutout on Facebook and told me if I have any questions or concerns to never hesitate to call or text him. I've since twice talked to him about a concern and he has taken care of both things no questions asked. Deserves every bit of recognition he is getting. Highly recommended. More

staff very efficient, helped us find what we wanted We dealt with 4 people when looking at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda....our sales man was Eric Smith, quite the character but very knowledgeable in his prof We dealt with 4 people when looking at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda....our sales man was Eric Smith, quite the character but very knowledgeable in his profession....we loved working with him....he knew what we were looking for and checked out their inventory until he hit upon the right vehicle.....we were there the first time on Sat afternoon.....very busy....found what we wanted but waited until Mon. to be sure....no pressure from anyone at O'Daniel's to push the deal through.....Excellent service....talked to Julie Kimes, wonderful to work with and very friendly, Andrea Laux did our financing and was not at all pushy about buying warranties as my husband and I hate that part....she was also very friendly explaining things throughout the entire transaction.....then there was Todd Jacquay, didn't get to see his face but talked on the phone.....he is one great guy...have dealt with him before and always get the same honest and non pushy person as ever....loved the entire staff and truly appreciated the extra work done for us....very professional, but down to earth as well.......thanks again....
