I wasn't sure what type of car I wanted or whether to lease or buy, and Heinrich was very patient with my questions and indecision! We love our new Mazda 5 mini-van (I call it a teeny-van) as it seats six, but is as fun to drive as a sporty car. The only thing I did not like about the buying process was that we were at the dealership for 5 hours to buy this car! That is too long for me. I would say about 1 hour of that was driving cars; 1 hour was my husband and I making decisions; and the rest was the dealership doing paperwork, computer stuff, and the finance person telling us all about why we should buy their extra warranty (which I had no interest in). I have usually found it takes about 3 hours at a dealership to buy a car, so 5 hours was exhausting. More

Sam took the time to explain all of the features of the CX-5 to my wife and after the paperwork was completed he even set up the Sirrius radio and connected her phone to bluetooth. It is obvious that Sam is dedicated to taking great care of his customers. The experience in dealing with O'Daniel Mazda and Sam was the best new car purchase I have ever had. Now I just wish I could trade in my old gas guzzler car for a new Mazda6! More

We spent several months online shopping, so that we could be very informed buyers. Between the two of us, we looked at thousands of vehicles over that time span and even took a few for test drives. It just so happened that we we both found a Chrysler Town and Country we liked at Odaniel Mazda. I decided to go take a look in person. She, on the other hand, was emailing back and forth with Russ Stanski from the sales team. They were extremely helpful to both of us. With their guidance, they helped us figure out that we were both inquiring about the same vehicle. They were very kind, informed, and offered little pressure. Finally we decided to purchase. They made that just as easy by working with us on the price and finding a bank in Maryland that would finance for a low rate. We've had the vehicle for a month now, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Without a doubt, Russ and the rest of the people on the Odaniel Mazda team will be the first people I contact when it's time for me to upgrade vehicles, of course something with a third row to accolade our growing family:) More

End of lease experience I have leased seven Mazdas in the last 20 years, this one being number eight.
